The Process
Step One: Get in Touch
Fill out our contact form, and once we receive your inquiry, we will make sure we are available and a good fit for your vision! If the stars align and we are a match, we will send over our beautiful investment guide that gives you all of the details about being a Corner House Couple!
Step Two: Tour the Venue
After reviewing the investment guide, we would love to invite you to The Corner House to tour the property and dream about what your wedding will be like here!
Step Three: Make it Official
We will send our Online Booking Proposal to your email. Within your Booking Proposal you will review & sign the contract, view & pay your invoice, and officially have your dream venue booked!
Step Four: Planning Your Day
We will work hard with you, your fiance, your mama and anyone else involved in the planning process to make your big day perfect! Questionnaires & checklists will be our best friend.
Step 5: Final Planning Meeting
Our last meeting will be the grand finale. We will nail down every detail and confirm the gameplan.
Step Six: Your Wedding Day
The day we’ve all been waiting for is here! Starting with the bridal brunch at the B&B, to dancing the night away and allll the memories made in between, this will be a day to remember.

Frequently Asked Questions
PARKING
We have ample space for your guests to park! There will be a parking attendant available to direct guests as well as a golf cart to escort guests who may need help walking to and from their vehicles.
ALCOHOL
You are welcome to purchase your own beer and wine to have licensed bartenders serve at the reception. In order to do this you will need to acquire a one day beer and wine permit, we are happy to do this for you! Please let us know upon booking if you would like to choose this option. We can also recommend local bartenders for you to hire. The alternative option is to go through your caterer for alcohol & they must be a licensed caterer
NUMBER OF GUESTS
The Barns and Ceremony site are spacious enough to accommodate up to 250 seated guest.
PREFERED VENDORS
We have worked with many talented vendors at The Corner House and are happy to provide you with a list of our favorites!
WEATHER
In the case of rain we will move your ceremony indoors. We have two options that both provide a beautiful setup. One option is to have your ceremony in the North barn, we can shift the tables to make adequate room for an isle way and a perfect backdrop against the doors. The second option is to put up a white tent over the dance floor, hang our string lights underneath and create rows of chairs. With this option guests take their seats as they would at the reception and your head tables would be a beautiful backdrop.
PAYMENT PLANS
To reserve your date we require a 20% nonrefundable retainer that goes towards your overall investment. After that, you are welcome to set up a customized payment plan with us. Your balance will be due 30 days before your event!
ADDITIONAL SET UP TIME
If you need additional setup time it is available upon request at an additional fee depending on venue schedule and availability.

Jenny is available to create your dream floral vision! Her lovely in-house designs begin at $2,000.
